How do I get my birthday treat?

   

We will inform you via email when your birthday treat is ready!

You will not be able to change your birthday info once you save the date.

Can I transfer my points to my friend?

The points are transferrable upon request, but your friend will need to also have a customer account with us.

Send an email to sales@threadforest.com and indicate your email account as well as the recipient's account for us to initiate the transfer.

You can also place an order under your account, and have it delivered to your friend. Just fill in the shipping address and billing address accordingly.

Does my points expire?

Your points do not expire :)
